This Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Payment Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of final signature, by clicking accept or by using the Processing Services (as defined in the Agreement) (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Atelier35 Inc. (“Atelier35,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Platform”) and any merchant, corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business, along with their employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates (collectively, the “Merchant”), each a Party, and collectively the “Parties,” to the Agreement.
The Agreement is amended as follows:

13DS fees are charged per attempt. If multiple 3DS attempts are made on a single transaction, each attempt will incur a fee of $0.40.
Except for the modifications in this Amendment, the Agreement remains unchanged and in full effect. In case of any conflict, the terms of this Amendment will prevail.
